Divya is a triple threat; A great communicator, amazingly organised, and she has a deep understanding of how to develop a plan to strategically improve an organization.


She has an MBA in Banking and Marketing from Mt Carmel Institute of Management in Bangalore. In her 18 years in the workforce, she’s worked in the banking and financial services industry and has been successful at driving change, steering innovation and transforming businesses during periods of growth and consolidation.


She has worked alongside the likes of BCG, Deloitte and McKinsey in running bank wide IT architecture design and transformation programs. In particular, she is adept at seeing where businesses have problems, finding technological and analytical solutions to address them and ensuring the best use of the tools and resources to provide optimal value.


At CyborgIntell, her role is the delicate balance of client success, service delivery, and providing client input into the product, ensuring that the product continuously and consistently delights them. Additionally, she is responsible for the Middle East and North Africa regions. She is relentless in the enhancement of CyborgIntell’s client’s businesses and using her knowledge of lean, process re-engineering, technology, AI and ML, she has a clear vision on how to help them streamline operations and increase profitability.


She has a husband and two children, who keep her occupied when she’s not working. Divya also has a hidden talent—interior decoration. She loves working with colour and space to style a house into a gorgeous home, a creative outlet after a day buried in IT.
